This festival was called “Logan Cardboard Classic”. With a growing population of people with diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds we felt that there was a need to create awareness and celebrate diversity by organising a festival that the wider community could participate in. In this festival attendants were encouraged to create cardboard vehicles such as cars, planes, trains, motorbikes, spaceships and boats they they raced for prizes. The event was held on the 28th November and people from all over came in traditional clothing and some even displayed their unique creations and outfits.
